I recorded my toile fitting to show how I fit on myself using the fitting checklist (which you can find on pg 13 of the fit kit!)

First of all I made sure I had all the equipment I needed for fitting. A full-length mirror, notebook, pen, pins, seam ripper/snips and marker. (And a cup of tea!)

You can also refer to each adjustment in the fit kit to get more details on what to look for on the toile and how to make the adjustments.
